Who Invited Them?
Senior Pastors and Pastoral Staff of the Canada Pacific District were invited by Ambrose University College, the National Board and their District leaders to attend Professional Development Days in Abbotsford October 20-21, 2009. The attendance included Pastors from Whitehorse, Prince George, Vancouver Island and across the southern half of the District with the highest attendance yet at this annual event. We were privileged to come under the ministry and teaching of Dr. Mark Quanstrom, Olivet Nazarene University as well as Rev. Terry Fach, pastor of Trinity Church of the Nazarene, Calgary. In addition, participants had an opportunity to connect with Brian Thom, AVP Church Relations, Ambrose and Dr. Riley Coulter, Chancelor, Ambrose. These were excellent days of deeply moving and thought provoking consideration of the topic of holiness. Our pastors were encouraged, enlightened and brought to a deeper place of relationship with Christ and His Church.
